Executive Director of Curriculum Development

With 10 years of education experience, Cory has pinpointed the need for change and disruption in the classroom to best fit the needs of students from all backgrounds to prepare them to live choice filled lives. As a high school counselor and instructor, his work is focused on college, career and life readiness while assisting students and their families with post-secondary decision making.

Raised by a single- mother and of first-generation status, Cory values education and aims to ensure equitable and just education is afforded to every youth regardless of socioeconomic status. Cory has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Studies from the University of New Haven, a Master of Arts degree in Counselor Education from Southern University and A&M College and is a currently pursuing his EdD., concentrating in Curriculum, Teaching, Leading and Learning at Northeastern University.
